The policy of EarthEcho is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. To fulfill this policy, EarthEcho agree to exercise reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by you in connection with accessing and using this website (the "Site"). EarthEcho does not collect personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. EarthEcho will not trade or sell personal information about our users and it will not allow others to use personal information about our users to send any commercial message. This EarthEcho site uses Ning ID authentication and we will be sharing your member data with Ning. By using this web site you expressly agree to the information handling practices described in this Privacy Policy.


2. Use of Information

EarthEcho uses the Site to promote its programs, respond to requests for information and for fundraising. You may be asked to provide personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. This information may be used by EarthEcho to contact you in regard to your specific request or activity, and we may share this information with third-party vendors as necessary to fulfill that request or conduct that activity. Because Warped Roadie runs on the Ning platform, you hereby grant Ning a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicenseable, fully paid-up, royalty-free right and license to (i) use, reproduce, store, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and display the Network Member Data on or through the Ning Platform and in all current and future media in which the Ning Platform may be distributed; (ii) use and disclose the Network Member Data and related metrics in an aggregate or other non-personally identifiable manner (including, for use in targeting advertising in a non-personally identifiable manner through and in connection with the Ning Platform; and (iii) use Network Member Data for other purposes permitted by the Ning Privacy Policy.

EarthEcho may disclose Personal Information if we have a good-faith belief that doing so is required by a subpoena or other judicial or administrative order or otherwise required by law. 6. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never collect or maintain information at the Site from persons we know to be under age 13, and no part of our Site is designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicate with or contact us if you are under age 13.
